Case Monitor VA – Law Firm
✅ Manage portfolio of assigned cases alongside the leaders of a legal department (attorney & paralegals).
✅ Primary liaison and communicator between clients and the legal department.
✅ Notate client requests in CRM.
✅ Deliver legal department requirements and updates to the client directly via outbound calls and emails.
✅ Always have availability for a client with an open case to have a human to speak with.
✅ Answer basic and intermediate questions, via phone and email.
✅ Understand what documents or processes may be missing or required for each individual case.
✅ Responsible for outbound calls to the client to inform them of case updates, consultation appointments, or information required.
✅ Assist paralegals in understanding the current status of a case in relation to client requests and communications.
✅ Have clean, updated and detailed notes in CRM to help legal department assess quickly the case status.
✅ Do any research, document prep, or other administrative requirement requested by the paralegal.
✅ Help to onboard new cases and manage checklist of objectives and requirements in the beginning of a new case cycle.
✅ Help to manage the finalization of a case and document, communicate, and execute all final exit requirements at the conclusion of a case cycle.
