Sales Closer/Development Executive VA – Law Firm
✅ Sit in the consultations with attorneys or paralegals, to obtain intimate knowledge of client requirements.
✅ Understand the pricing of the case and the options available to each individual client.
✅ Become the primary contact for the prospect after the consultation, walking them through the process of signing an agreement.
✅ Contract preparation for the retainer/service agreement with new clients.
✅ Input pricing, fill out contact information, ensure all elements of the contract are aligned with the client requirements as understood from the consultation.
✅ Send contracts. Assist and push towards getting them to sign the agreement.
✅ Follow up with pipeline of opportunities to encourage closing the client.
✅ Send email follow ups, and phone calls to understand any hesitations, or other factors that may require more time for a prospect to sign on with a case.
✅ Once client agreement is signed, finalize contractual obligations as per office policy and procedures.
✅ Document new client in CRM, inform relevant internal parties, and pass on the case responsibility and contact to relevant legal department who will manage the case thereafter.
✅ Contribute towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual new client sales targets.
✅ Improve conversion % of consultations by having an acute focus on client communication after firm consultation.
